We certify that the puppy you purchase is in sound health at the time of the sale to the best of our knowledge.
We do our best to provide your family with a happy, healthy puppy.
We cannot control the exposure your puppy encounters after leaving our home. Puppies sometimes stress
when adopted and moved to their new home. This stress can be brought on due to the move, change of diet,
too much handling, or not eating properly. This stress can bring on things that are dormant such as but not
limited to; worms, ear mites, colds, hypoglycemia, coccidia, and giardia. These conditions are treatable and do
not warrant a reimbursement. Any congenital or hereditary abnormality or conditions deemed to be the
breeders fault will be warranted for 6 months from puppy's date of birth, with a signed letter from the
diagnosing veterinarian. This guarantee will issue 100% money back, or a compromise to keep, recognized by
the original owner only. This guarantee does not cover any veterinary fees or services. If any life threatening
health problems are found at the time of the exam, please contact us immediately. Puppy needs to be
returned with a written statement from the signed vet. If puppy should die within 72 hours of purchase, an
autopsy from a state vet lab is required.
The Visit
During your visit with us to pick out your puppy you will be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to decline your offer of purchasing a puppy if we feel that you are being abusive to the puppy. We strive to be family friendly and have a safe environment where you and your family can get to know your newest furry family member.
If it is an extra busy breeding season, you may share an appointment time with another family. If this occurs, we ask that you join us in making it a safe and happy environment that can be a positive, memorable experience for everyone.
